Japanese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter, softened
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix butter, sugar and eggs.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into chilled, unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until brown, for about 50 minutes.
    Use 3 eggs, more nuts, raisins and coconut for a larger pie.
