Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. finely grated carrots
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. well-drained crushed pineapple
    1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine dry ingredients.
    Add eggs, oil, carrots and vanilla; beat until combined.
    Stir in pineapple and nuts. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Cool and frost.
