Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken or chicken breasts
    1 box chopped broccoli, cooked
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    grated cheese or bread crumbs
    1 can chicken broth
    2 c. uncooked Minute rice
    1/2 c. ripe olives
Preparation
    Cook, debone and cube chicken.
    Saute onion and celery in 2 tablespoons of oil.
    Add soups, broth, chicken and rice.
    Put in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Top with bread crumbs, cheese and ripe olives.
