Succulent Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken wings
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped olives
Preparation

Cut wings apart at both joints (save tips for soup stock). In large bowl, combine wings with other ingredients and marinate overnight.
Drain and save marinade.
Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
Arrange wings on rack in roasting pan.
Roast 35 to 45 minutes or until crisp.
Spoon marinade over wings several times while cooking.
