Quick Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    2 medium baking potatoes
Preparation
    Place butter in small bowl and microwave until just melted. In separate bowl, mix cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and dip cut side into melted butter, then into cheese mixture.
    Place potatoes,
    cut side up, in 1-quart microwave dish or in 8-inch round pie plate.
    Microwave on High 7 to 10 minutes, until potatoes are fork-tender.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
