Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box uncooked manicotti shells (14)
    1 16 oz. container cottage cheese
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
    1 jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Spoon enough sauce to cover the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Rinse spinach under running cold water to separate; drain. Place spinach on towels and squeeze until dry.
    Mix everything together, except sauce and shells.
