Kolackies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. oleo
    4 c. flour
    1 pt. vanilla ice cream
    preserves
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix together the oleo, flour and ice cream and let stand in refrigerator for 2 hours.
    Roll out on floured surface and cut into 2 to 3-inch squares.
    Put 1 teaspoon preserves in middle. Fold corners up to center.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for approximately 14 to 15 minutes until slightly brown on bottoms. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when done.
    Do not bake until brown on top; they will look not quite done.
