Ingredients

1 egg white, beaten until stiff
3 to 4 drops water
1 lb. pecan halves
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Add water to egg white.
Add pecan halves and toss to coat. In separate bowl mix well the cinnamon, sugar and salt.
Pour over nuts and egg white mixture.
Spread on cookie sheet.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
Stir every 10 minutes until dry.
