Crunchy Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pieces skinless chicken breast
    3 c. cornflakes
    1 c. Miracle Whip Lite
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Crush cornflakes in a food processor or with a rolling pin. Put in a plastic bag large enough to place a piece of chicken in. Add parsley and garlic to the bag.
    Set aside.
    Using a brush coat the chicken all over with the Miracle Whip.
    Place one piece at a time into the bag of cornflakes and shake until well coated.
    Place in a pan sprayed with nonstick spray.
    Continue with the other pieces.
    Place in 325\u00b0 oven, uncovered, and bake for 1 hour.
