Ministicks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 chicken wings
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. m.s.g.
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried leaf oregano
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    oil or shortening
Preparation
    Blend together dry ingredients in a shallow dish.
    Dip chicken pieces in buttermilk.
    Shake to remove excess.
    Roll in flour mixture. Heat oil or shortening 1-inch deep in electric skillet. Add chicken pieces a few at a time.
    Cook until golden brown on both sides, turning once, about 5 minutes altogether.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Serve hot or cold.
