Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, separated
2 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix together the sugar, flour, salt and cocoa in large pan. Combine egg yolks and 1 cup milk.
Combine with dry ingredients. Add other cup of milk.
Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Mix in butter and vanilla.
Pour into baked pastry shell.
