Scalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple, drained (reserve 6 Tbsp. juice)
    3 c. grated Cheddar cheese (Velveeta melts better)
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    Ritz cracker crumbs
    butter
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar.
    Add the saved pineapple juice and stir. Add pineapple and cheese.
    Mix and place in casserole dish. Crumble Ritz crackers over top and drizzle with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Great with ham.
