Pork Chop Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
    1 envelope Lipton onion mushroom soup mix
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown chops, then drain.
    In greased 2-quart oblong baking dish, arrange potatoes, then pork chops. Thoroughly blend soup mix with water and pour over top.
    Bake, covered, for 1 hour (or until potatoes are tender) in preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
    Makes 4 servings.
