Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 pimiento, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Place first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
    Combine sugar and vinegar; bring to a boil.
    Pour over vegetables and mix well. Place in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
    Serve cold.
