Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 red potatoes
    1 to 2 pieces celery, chopped
    6 hard-cooked eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. vinegar
    10 Tbsp. sugar
    2 beaten eggs
Preparation
    In a skillet put vinegar, sugar and eggs.
    Mix well and bring to boil, stirring continually.
    Pour over remaining ingredients. If dry, stir in a few tablespoons of mayonnaise.
    Is good cold, too.
