Cheeseburger Turnovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (10 count) can biscuits
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    5 slices cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion, drain.
    Add salt.
    On well floured board, roll out 2 biscuits to about a 5-inch circle.
    Place 3 tablespoons meat on one side of each circle.
    Top with cheese and fold over the pastry.
    Seal edges with a fork.
    Repeat with remaining biscuits. Prick the top with a fork, bake on ungreased baking sheet 10 to 15 minutes at 450\u00b0.
