Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cranberries
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 small pkg. cherry jello
    3/4 c. boiling water
    juice of 1 orange or 1/2 c. orange juice
    1 c. nuts, chopped (walnuts)
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. apples, chopped
Preparation
    Chop cranberries (fresh or frozen) in grinder.
    Add sugar to cranberries.
    Stir and let set 15 minutes.
    Meanwhile, stir boiling water into jello to dissolve.
    When cooled, add orange juice.
    Pour juice into cranberry mixture and add remaining ingredients.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Use a 13 x 9-inch pan.
