Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small boxes raspberry Jello
2 cups boiling water
1 cup sour cream
1 can Ocean Spray Cranberry Jellied Sauce (don't substitute brand for the best results)
1 cup chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix cranberry sauce and 1 cup boiling water with mixer until smooth. In another bowl, dissolve 2 boxes Jello and 1 cup boiling water and mix well. Add cranberry mixture and pecans to Jello mixture. Put one half of the mixture into bowl or baking dish and set in freezer for 1 hour. Set other one half of mixture in refrigerator to chill slightly. Then spread sour cream over the first half that is very firm and gently pour the last half on top of the sour cream. Set in refrigerator until firm and serve. This is best when let set overnight in the refrigerator.
