Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. whole tomatoes
5 lb. ground beef, browned
3 large onions, chopped
2 or 3 Tbsp. chili powder
1 clove garlic
2 lb. salt pork lean (salt pork is easier to cut frozen)
crushed red pepper (optional)
about 1 gal. cooked macaroni (any style)
Preparation

In large pot, add tomatoes and crush with hands, mixer, etc. Add ground beef (already browned), onion, chili powder, garlic (chopped) and red pepper; heat over medium heat, then simmer.
