Aunt Nye'S Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. Crisco
1 egg
1 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. oatmeal
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Mix brown sugar and Crisco; blend well and add egg.
Mix well. Add flour, soda, salt and oatmeal.
Mix well.
Add raisins and nuts.
If the mixture is too dry, add a little milk before the raisins and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
