Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot bulk sausage
1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
1 (8 oz.) grated Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese (2 c.)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. skim milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Lightly grease 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
Brown sausage; pour into colander and rinse with hot water for 1 minute.
Drain well.
Place crescent rolls in prepared dish and spread to cover bottom.
Press perforations to seal together. Sprinkle cheese over sausage.
Mix eggs and milk together until well blended.
Pour mixture over cheese.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until set.
Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting into squares.
Serve hot.
Serves 6 to 8.
