Chicken Soup(Syrian Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole fowl
    3/4 c. rice
    diced carrots
    diced celery
    1/2 c. tomato paste
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cover fowl with water and simmer until tender (about 2 to 3 hours).
    Remove chicken; add water to broth (amount you wish) for amount you would like to have.
    Add carrots, celery, tomato paste and cinnamon.
    Cook until rice is tender.
    Add pieces of chicken to soup.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
