Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. grated zucchini
    3 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients on low for 1 minute, scraping bowl constantly.
    Beat on medium for 1 minute; pour into 2 loaf pans (grease bottoms only).
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    (A glass baking pans takes approximately 20 minutes more.)
    Makes 2 loaves.
