Best Pot Roast Ever - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 lb. lean chuck roast or eye of the round or sirloin tip roast
    1 Tbsp. dill seed
    1 standard size can beer (any kind)
Preparation
    Season with salt and pepper and brown good in a heavy skillet or Dutch oven with a cover.
    Pour in beer and add dill seed.
    Let simmer in a 300\u00b0 oven for approximately 3 hours or until tender. Remove juices and make gravy.
