Cheese Topping For Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Melt butter in small saucepan on low heat, then stir in flour. Turn to medium-high heat and stir in milk.
Continue to stir until mixture thickens.
Remove from heat and stir in cheese and salt. Stir until cheese melts.
Makes a delicious topping for asparagus.
