Goulash(Goulash Is A Great Meal.) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cut up beef roast
1 tsp. salt
1 garlic toe, chopped
1 c. water
1 stick butter
1 c. onions, chopped
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 bay leaves
1 c. flour
Preparation

Cut beef into cubes and brown in a little water in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes to one hour.
In a large skillet, mix the beef, onions, salt, pepper, garlic, bay leaves and water; cook on medium heat.
In a small bowl, melt the butter and stir in flour until well mixed.
Add this to skillet and stir.
Cook until mixture thickens.
Serve with cooked egg noodles or fried potatoes. Serves 6.
