Crispy Oven Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 lb.) fryer, cut up
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 c. biscuit mix
3/4 c. butter
1/4 c. shortening
Preparation

Wash and dry chicken.
Coat with mixture of salt, pepper, paprika and biscuit mix.
Melt butter and shortening in baking pan.
Place chicken pieces, skin side down, in pan.
Bake for 45 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Turn skin side up and continue baking for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown and tender.
