Rosie'S Parmesan Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 2 lb.)
2 Tbsp. light or fat-free margarine, melted
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. each dried oregano and parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. each paprika, salt and pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Spray a large glass baking pan with generous coating of nonstick cooking spray (Pam).
Dip chicken in melted margarine, then dip in mixture of dried ingredients, including seasonings.
Place in prepared pan.
Bake approximately 20 minutes, turn over once and bake another 20 minutes or until tender and golden brown.
Makes 6 servings.
