Beef And Barley Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    5 cloves garlic, chopped
    3 celery stalks, sliced
    3 carrots, sliced
    1 c. green beans, sliced
    1/2 c. barley
    1 pkg. Knorr Swiss tomato-basil soup mix
    4 beef bouillon cubes
    5 to 6 c. water
    2 tsp. chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large pot brown beef with onion and garlic.
    Drain fat and add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer for 45 minutes until barley is tender.
