7 Layer Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 to 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 to 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 to 1/2 c. red onion, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, cooked and drained
2 Tbsp. sugar
Hellmann's mayonnaise
shredded lettuce
2 (3 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
5 to 8 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
Preparation

Fill serving bowl 1/2
full with shredded lettuce.
Add in layers: celery, green
peppers,
onion
and peas.
Sprinkle sugar on top of peas.
Add
a
thin layer of mayonnaise.\tNext spread cheeses, then bacon.
Cover bowl and refrigerate 6 to 8 hours.
