Baked Celery Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fine bread crumbs (whole wheat are best)
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    3/4 c. pecans
    1/2 c. green pepper
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt or George Washington broth to taste
    1/4 c. bench parsley
    1/2 c. onion
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Put bread crumbs, celery, parsley, pecans, onion and green pepper through food chopper with medium knife.
    Mix in rest.
    Bake in moderate oven at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until done.
