Plum Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 jar junior baby plum
1 c. ground pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat first 5 ingredients together.
Add pecans and vanilla. Bake in tube pan on 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Check to see if done.
