Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 c. butter
1 Tbsp. milk
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. dried currants
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and beat on medium until well mixed. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Roll dough as thin as possible. Sprinkle with sugar.
Cut into 2-inch circles.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
