Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cabbage, carrots, onions, celery
    kielbasa
    1 large can tomato puree
    8 to 10 c. water
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    5 to 6 beef bouillon packets
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. raw elbow macaroni, cooked
Preparation
    Saute in the oil the vegetables (heavy on vegetables).
    Remove vegetables; saute sliced kielbasa; add vegetables.
    Add tomato puree, water, onion soup mix, bouillon packets, salt and pepper. Simmer for at least 1 to 2 hours.
    Add any leftover vegetables. Add cooked elbow macaroni or pasta of your preference.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
