Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

1 small onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Mix
all
ingredients
and place in a baking dish.
Top with 1/2
stick
of
butter and cover mixture with 1/2 cup of Ritz crackers.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
