Raisin Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. oil
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. nuts
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients.
Set aside.
Combine all dry ingredients.
Add milk, oil, 2 eggs and 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice to dry ingredients.
Mix well.
Fold in nuts and raisins.
Pour 1/2 batter in pan.
Top with cream cheese mixture.
Top with remaining batter.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
