Grandma'S Fudge Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. cocoa
1 c. shortening, melted and cooled (oil may be substituted)
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs (unbeaten)
1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation

Let shortening cool and mix in sugar and vanilla.
Beat in the 4 eggs, one at a time, beating well after each is added.
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa.
Stir into wet mixture and add nuts.
Spread batter in greased pan and bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
