Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. light Karo syrup
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. shelled pecans
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Mix sugar, syrup and margarine.
    Add eggs and pecans.
    Fill shell with mixture.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 to 35 minutes.
    Pie should cool before cutting to ensure a good texture.
