Irene'S N.Y. Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 lb. cream cheese
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs, separated
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Blend sugar, flour and salt with th softened cream cheese. Add heavy cream.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes in a spring-form pan.
    Use graham cracker crumbs for the bottom of the cake.
    Use red canned cherries for a topping, if you wish.
