Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1 bell pepper
1 large onion, sauteed
2 beaten eggs
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 pimento pepper
1 c. cooked rice
2 cans cream-style corn
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pour into a buttered casserole dish. Cover with grated cheese.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
