Cheese Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. graham cracker crumbs, finely crushed
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
1 can cherry pie filling
butter or shortening
Preparation

Mix cream cheese, sugar and eggs with mixer until smooth. Grease well very small size muffin pan with butter.
Put graham cracker crumbs in pan and pat down.
Tap out excess crumbs.
Put cheese mixture into each cup, filling each cup.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 12 to 14 minutes until they rise.
Cool completely in refrigerator.
Mix sour cream, vanilla and powdered sugar. Carefully remove tart from pan and spoon small amount of mixture on top.
Spoon cherry filling on top.
May be frozen or refrigerated.
Makes approximately 3 dozen.
