Houska - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. milk, scalded
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    2 eggs
    3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cook first 4 ingredients together and cool to lukewarm temperature.
    Add cooled milk mixture to yeast and water mixture, then add eggs and flour.
    Mix well!
    Cover bowl and let mix raise about 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours; punch down.
    Let stand covered 10 minutes.
