Cabbage Patch Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1 chopped onion
2 c. chopped cabbage
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. water
1 can kidney beans
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 tsp. chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown ground chuck, then add onion, cabbage and celery.
Cook until vegetables are limp.
Add 1/2 cup water; cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients in a large pan; cover and cook for 10 more minutes.
