Blueberry Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
dash of salt
2/3 c. water
2 c. blueberries
Preparation
-
Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt.
Add water.
Cook and stir until thick; cook 2 minutes more.
Add blueberries.
Return to boiling.
Chill.
This sauce is excellent served over lemon pie.
