Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. diced apples
2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves
1 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour

Preparation

Mix apples and Wesson oil, then mix other ingredients in. Bake at 350\u00b0 in tube pan for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
