Crispy Oven Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up with skin removed
    1/2 c. Dijonnaise (mustard and mayo mix)
    1/2 tsp. Cajun herbed spice mix
    cornflake crumbs
    flour
    salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. oil
Preparation
    Marinate chicken in Dijonnaise and spices for 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
    Mix cornflake crumbs, flour, salt and pepper.
    Pour oil in pan; roll chicken in crumb mixture.
    Place in large pan. Bake at 425\u00b0 until done.
