Blueberry Yum-Yum - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh blueberries
2 c. sugar, divided
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. water
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. soft margarine
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
Preparation

Combine blueberries, 1 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of water in saucepan.
Cook over low heat until berries are soft.
Combine cornstarch and 3 tablespoons of water in bowl.
Add to blueberries.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Boil 1 minute; cool.
Combine flour, margarine and pecans.
Press into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool.
