Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 3/4 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. grated carrots
    2/3 c. chopped nuts
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, beat sugar and eggs until thickened; add oil. Sift flour; add baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt together.
    Add to egg mixture.
    Fold in carrots and nuts.
    Pour batter into prepared pans; bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
    Remove from pan; let get completely cold.
    Serve with Cream Cheese Frosting.
