Pineapple Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crushed pineapple in its own juice
    2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
    4 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Put the first 3 ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend on high for 1 minute.
    Add the remaining ingredients and blend on high until frothy.
    Pour in dish and chill until firm. This can be poured into a graham cracker crust, also.
