Pistachio Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box pistachio instant pudding mix
1 can crushed pineapple
1 carton Cool Whip
1 c. pecans (optional)
1 c. coconut (optional)
1 c. miniature marshmallows (optional)
red cherries (optional)
Preparation

Mix pudding mix, crushed pineapple and Cool Whip. Add pecans, coconut, marshmallows and cherries as desired.
Refrigerate until used.
